PSM UAE has over 14 years of experience in the UAE security sector and employs 190+ licensed security professionals.
ON DUTY AI Solutions GmbH is responsible for the BookSecurity mobile application, platform technology, data processing, payment facilitation, and all digital services. It acts as the data controller under the GDPR and is the entity with whom users enter into the Platform Terms and Conditions. PSM Personal Safety Management L.L.C. is responsible for the provision of licensed security services in the UAE, compliance with SIRA regulations, Guard onboarding, and the operational deployment of security professionals. PSM UAE acts as a joint data controller for UAE-regulated personal data. Neither entity is an employer of the independent security guards listed on the Platform. Guards operate as independent professionals within the regulatory framework established by PSM UAE and SIRA.
